Email [email protected]. Write from the address your account uses, so we can find it, and tell us what you were doing, what happened, and whether you were in our iPhone app, our Android app or on the website.

Your account

Delete your account under Settings, Account: in our app, or in the chat on our website. If you cannot sign in, our account deletion page emails you a link that deletes it.

Subscriptions

If you subscribed on our website, cancel there, in the chat under Settings, Plan. Cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play in that store: on an iPhone, in Settings under your name, Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. For anything else about a plan or a charge, email us from the address your account uses.

Reporting

To report an answer that is wrong or harmful, tap Report on the reply. To report an intimate image of you shared without your consent, use our report form. To report a security vulnerability, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to reproduce it.

Our policies

Our privacy policy says what we collect and why, and our terms of service say how Evil ASF may be used.
